Dealer of the Week: Sew Magarbo in Ashburn, VA!
This adorable shop, owned by Precious Lopez, actually started out as a home based business in a basement back in 2010 and has grown to a 2,000 square foot shop whose main focus is teaching people to sew. Due to the demand of nicer fabrics and convenience, we started to offer curated modern fabrics and now a dependable sewing machine brand, Janome.
What do you love about what you do?
"I love being chosen by families to be a part of their children's journey in life by allowing me to teach them the life skill of sewing. I also love being an inspiration to other moms who mostly believes being a stay at home mom means, literally staying home. My team and I empower women and young ladies by sharing with them our passion and turning them into something they can make a living out of.
Why do you love HoopSisters?
For someone who is busier than a bee (mother of four and running a business), creating is something I can only steal moments for. With HoopSisters, I am able to create a block in less than a half hour (on most) and learn new skills and techniques!"
